Maglione informs Aloisi Masella that the Secretariat of State of the Holy See agreed with the Brazilian ambassador to the Holy See that formerly-promised 3000 visas are divided as it follows:

Nr 2.000 to the ambassador at Berlin;
Nr 1.000 to the ambassador at the Holy See.

Maglione asks Aloisi Masella to intervene by the President of Brazil: the ambassador at Berlin should be urged to grant visas.
