Scope and Content

A report drafted by the Secretariat of State analyses the letter received from Paris by Dr. Manfred Kirschberg, who suggests to let the Jews massively set in Angola. The Secretariat of State summarises Kirschberg's propositions and make some observations, highlighting several severe obstacles to the project. Conclusions discourage the Secretariat of State of the Holy See contacting the Portuguese government about this project.
