The drawing was donated to the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum in 1996 by Anne Gure.

Acquisition

United States Holocaust Memorial Museum Collection, Gift of Anne Gure. In Honor of the Vabalas Family, four people to whom I owe my survival. In Memory of my grandmother Basia Kantorovich and Aunt Cilia and my friend Julia Garfunkel who all perished in the Grosse Aktion [sic], October 28, 1941.
