Physical Characteristics and Technical Requirements
Rectangular paper form, brown in color. Envelope has been torn open along left hand side. The front has writing in black ink located within the bottom section. Top right corner of front has one postage stamp, purple in color, with an image of a woman facing left and “20C Nederland” written along the bottom edge in two lines. A postmark stamp is visible on the postage stamps and the envelope. Verso is blank. Tape and adhesive residue is found on both sides of the envelope.
