Physical Characteristics and Technical Requirements
Rectangular paper form, light brown in color, with opening along one side creating an envelope. The front has writing in black ink centered on form and in the bottom left corner. Top right corner of front has two postage stamps with an image of a woman, “Nederland” written along the bottom edge and “70ct” along the right edge. A postmark stamp is visible on the stamps and the envelope. Verso is blank.
