Round medal: recto: image of three airplanes and tank; notation across center stamped and colored red; "CCCP" stamped beneath tank lower edge, colored red; verso: medal stamped with number "353216" on lower half of circle; ribbon: attached to metal backing with safety pin-like clasp attached; ribbon appears to have been time white at one time with an aqua-colored edging.
