United States Holocaust Memorial Museum Collection, Gift of Sandra J. Behm

Sandra J. Behm donated these photographs to the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum. The photographer was a half-brother or step-brother of her uncle, Frances Stow.

Scope and Content

Consists of three photographs taken after the liberation of the Buchenwald concentration camp by an American soldier. The photographs include an image of newly liberated prisoners sitting on the ground, and two images of a pile of corpses.
