Acquisition

Source of acquisition is the Archiwum Akt Nowych, Poland, Sygn.1583. The United States Holocaust Memorial Museum Archives received the filmed collection via the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum International Archival Programs Division in August 2022. This is a cooperative project based on the agreement between USHMM and Yad Vashem, Israel.

Scope and Content

Contains an underground press collection of 1283 titles (the biggest collection in Poland) from all pre-war Poland territory and published by all underground organizations.
