Acquisition

Source of acquisition is the Archiwum Państwowe w Kielcach (The State Archives in Kielce). The United States Holocaust Memorial Museum received the collection in August 2021.

Scope and Content

Files of civil cases brought by Jews, inhabitants of the town of Busko Zdrój, in various cases such as: eviction, division of property or inheritance, statement of rights to property or inheritance, rectification of personal data, statement of death, recognition as dead. In addition, a small number of criminal cases against Jews from the 1930s.
