Scope and Content
Brown winter coat worn by Jeffrey Hochbaum following his birth to Leon and Blanka Hochbaum in Vienna, Austria following World War II (1939-1945). Leon and Blanka were both displaced Polish Jewish survivors who lived in hiding during the Holocaust. They met and married in Vienna after the war.

Physical Characteristics and Technical Requirements
Child's brown, heavweight cloth coat with a button placket and patch pockets. The coat is stained from use and has losses from the fabric, as well as several missing buttons.
