Acquisition

Jan Rozanski donated his writings to the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum Archives on Dec. 30, 2003. An accretion of three folders was added to the collection on Aug. 18, 2005. Another accretion was added on Nov. 28, 2007.

Scope and Content

Consists of poetry and prose written by Jan Rozanski, a Polish Holocaust survivor of Gross-Rosen. He reflects on his childhood, his life in the camps, his feelings regarding his own survival, and his religious beliefs.
