Acquisition

Eugenia Rosen wrote the sketches in October 1994 for the National Archives; she sent a copy to the Registry of Holocaust Survivors in June 1995. The Registry transferred it to the Archives in Sept. 1997.

Scope and Content

Contains typewritten biographical sketches of Eugenia Rosen's husband, Isaac Rosen (born Izak Rozen), parents-in-law, Mordechai and Ida Rozen (a.k.a. Ida Rosen), and father, Lucian Schulz (a.k.a. Lucian Szulc), with a reference to Helen Kleinman Markfeld who was cared for by Mrs. Ida Rosen in Auschwitz concentration camp and survived.
