The collection was donated to the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum in 2006 by Dr. Lili Gurwith Endlich and Dr. Marc Gurwith.

Scope and Content

Papers consists of passports, letters, a family book, and other materialdocumenting the experiences of the Gurwith family in Poland, France, and the United States. Also includes are photographs relating to Liliane Gurwith Endlich's childhood in France. The family left Europe for the United States in 1942.
