Scope and Content

Consists of telegrams written by Israel Rozenfeld and sent from the transit camp of Malines, in Belgium, to Jean Mijnheer of Brussels. In the telegrams, which were sent on December 21, 1943 and January 3, 1944, Mr. Rosenfeld asks for various foodstuffs. On January 15, 1944, Mr. Rozenfeld was deported from Malines to Auschwitz, where he perished.
