Contains an application document prepared by Schachne Fränkel (donor’s paternal grandfather), a merchant residing at 6 Józefa Street in Krakow since June 1930, submitted through the Jewish Community to German authorities, requesting permission to remain in the city; photograph attached; dated: August 9, 1940. Also includes a coversheet to the above document
