Biographical History

Ludwig Musilek (1895-1940) was deported to Buchenwald in September 1939. He perished in the camp on 7 February 1940 in the psychiatric ward.

Stanislaw Brodowski perished in Mauthausen on 26 January 1944.

Scope and Content

The papers consist of a death certificate issued in Buchenwald concentration camp on behalf of Ludwig Musilek who died in the camp's psychiatric ward on February 7, 1940, and another death certificate ("Sterbeurkunde") issued in Mauthausen concentration camp on behalf of Stanislaw Brodowski who died on January 26, 1944.
