United States Holocaust Memorial Museum Collection, Gift of John and Melanie Balzer

The papers were purchased by John Balzer at an auction in Dec. 1994. John and Melanie Balzer donated the papers to the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum in 1995.

Scope and Content

The papers consist of a pre-printed postcard sent from Auschwitz concentration camp and a letter and envelope addressed to an inmate in Auschwitz, Otakar Litomisky, from Czechoslovakia.
