The prisoner identification bracelet was donated to the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum in 1988 by Adek Firestone.

Acquisition

United States Holocaust Memorial Museum Collection, Gift of Adek Firestone in memory of his father, Moshe Jankiel Firestone (Feuerstein), of Lodz, Poland, who perished in Ebensee in April 1945.

Numbered prisoner identification bracelet from Ebensee found by Adek Firestone, another inmate, on May 6, 1945, at Ebensee concentration camp outside the crematorium on a partially cremated hand on May 6, 1945.
