Physical Characteristics and Technical Requirements

Circular, gold-colored metal lapel pin bearing an embossed, central eagle, within a raised, blue enamel band at the center of a six-pointed Star of David, which is wringed by a laurel wreath. The enameled band carries English language test, and there is a pin closure on the back.
