Ribbon rack with three military ribbon bars awarded to Fred Siegfried Aron during his military service in World War II. The ribbons, from left to right, represent the Good Conduct medal, Asiatic-Pacific Campaign medal, and the Phillipine Liberation medal.

Physical Characteristics and Technical Requirements

Metal bar pin with crimped sides consisting of three separate, colorful, grosgrain ribbon pins. The left ribbon represents a Good Conduct medal and has 13 vertical stripes: a wide red center stripe flanked by a set of six alternating, narrow, white and red stripes. The center ribbon represents an Asiatic-Pacific Campaign medal with 13 vertical stripes: wide yellow, white, red, white, wide yellow, blue, white, red, wide yellow, white, red, white,wide yellow. The right ribbon represents the Phillipine Liberation medal and has four vertical stripes: wide red, blue, white, wide red. The bar has three small, metal, five-pointed service stars fixed to the ribbons, two on the right one, and one on the center one.
