Acquisition
Source of acquisition is the Archiwum Państwowe w Kielcach, Poland, Sygn. 306. The United States Holocaust Memorial Museum Archives received the digitized collection via the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum International Archival Programs Division in Jan. 2020. This is a cooperative project based on the agreement between USHMM and Yad Vashem, Israel.
Scope and Content
List of places in Poland of executions by Germans and mass graves during WWII, correspondence regarding identification and care for the war graves; contracts of land lease, correspondence, and protocols related to abonded Jewish properties. Includes the transfer of a Jewish farm in Opatów for the needs of Junior High and High School, and a list of other Jewish lands transferred for lease to school and private citizens, etc.

Arranged in two groups: 1. Registers of WWII executions and mass graves; 2. Documents related to abandoned Jewish property after WWII.
