Source of acquisition is the Archiwum Państwowe w Kielcach, Poland, Sygn. 187. The United States Holocaust Memorial Museum Archives received the digitized collection via the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum International Archival Programs Division in Jan. 2020. This is a cooperative project based on the agreement between USHMM and Yad Vashem, Israel.

Correspondence of the Ministerstwo Sprawiedliwości (Ministry of Justice), Warsaw and Sąd Okręgowy (Regional Court), Kielce, statistics, registers, files on pardon, early dismissal (1930) and personal files of prisoners of the Więzienie na Świętym Krzyżu (Prison on the Święty Krzyż), Kielce. Includes Jewish prisoners.
