Archiwum Państwowe w Łodzi

Acquisition

Source of acquisition is the Archiwum Państwowe w Łodzi, Poland, Sygn. 2126. The United States Holocaust Memorial Museum Archives received the filmed collection via the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum International Archival Programs Division in January 2020. This is a cooperative project based on the agreement between USHMM and Yad Vashem, Israel.

Scope and Content

Registers of Jewish properties, population books, copies of birth certificates, and photographs.

Arranged in two groups: 1. Records related to Jewish properties; 2. Excerpts from the population books.
