Acquisition
Source of acquisition is the National Memory Archive, Argentina (Archivo Nacional de la Memoria). The United States Holocaust Memorial Museum Archives received the filmed collection via the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum International Archival Programs Division in March 2019.
Scope and Content
This collection contains newspaper clippings which were provided to the Presidents of Argentina. It includes Information relating to the Second World War as well as to former Nazis in Argentina (Eichmann, Mengele, Schwammberger) and individuals who helped them escape to Argentina.
System of Arrangement
Arranged in three groups: 1. Adolf Eichmann (Caja 2419; 2421-2422); 2. Antonio Caggiano (Caja 3715); 3. Josef Mengele (Caja 5796).
