Physical Characteristics and Technical Requirements
a. Red enamel and gold colored cross with black eagle attached to a metal pin. The ribbon has the following stripes top to bottom: gold, blue, gold, red, gold, blue, gold. b. Ribbon bar pin with the following stripes top to bottom: gold, blue, gold, red, gold, blue, gold. c. Rectangular ribbon lapel pin with the following stripes top to bottom: gold, blue, gold, red, gold, blue, gold. d. Rectangular, cardboard, hinged presentation box covered by blue paper with gold eagle in center. Interior lid is lined with cream colored fabric, and base is lined with blue felt.
