Donated to the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum in 1993 by Bernice Krinsky, whose husband was in the 120th evacuation group of medics who entered the camp at Buchenwald when it was first liberated.

Scope and Content

Contains one black and white photograph depicting a group of children that were liberated at Buchenwald. The young boy in the middle is Joseph Schleifstein. Behind him is Abram Wroclawski, originally from Łódź who was sent to Auschwitz before coming to Buchenwald.
