Gold colored, round medal with a portrait in the center and Cyrillic Russian text above and below. The reverse has Cyrillic Russian text, and a 5 pointed star. The attached ribbon has alternating black and orange stripes, Both ends of the ribbon attach to and fold over a metal plate with pin on the back.
