Round silver colored pin with the central portion made out of a 1931 five Lati Latvian coin. The front of the coin (and pin) depicts a woman's profile and the words "Republika Latvijas." There is a border around the coin that forms the remainder of the pin. The border has a rope design and geometric shapes.
The front of the coin has the the words "Republika Latvijas." The back has the denomination and year of the coin (5 Lati, 1931)
