Rectangular plastic name badge with metal pin back. White paper insert reads "HENRY/MORGENTHAU,/III/ 1991 HONOREE." Attached to the back of the badge is a purple acetate ribbon. The short edges of the ribbon are pinked. Printing on the front of the ribbon reads in gold-colored lettering "PROVIDENCE/PUBLIC/LIBRARY/RHODE ISLAND/A/U/T/H/O/R/1991"
