Physical Characteristics and Technical Requirements

The medal is a silver cross with red and white enamel inlay. The obverse has a metal wreath with red and green enamel inlay and text that reads "PATRIAE AC HUMANITATI. The reserve is dated "1864 1914." The medal has a loop at the top is attached to red and white striped trifold ribbon.
