Acquisition
Source of acquisition is the State Archives of the Volyn Region Derz︠h︡avnyĭ arkhiv Volynsʹkoï oblasti. The United States Holocaust Memorial Museum Archives received the first part of the collection via the United States Holocaust Museum International Archives Project in May 2017. This is a joint project of the USHMM and Yad Vashem.
Scope and Content
Various correspondence, statistics, reports and registers relating to Jewish communities in Luts'k and Male Siedliszcze (Ukraine), included are records of Jewish schools and hospitals, and general administrative records of community affairs.
