Straight edge razor (a) that folds into a yellow plastic handle. Dimensions are of razor blade closed inside handle. The razor is housed inside a cardboard box (b) with lid (c).

On razor and on box: "J.A. Henckels Twin Works/Solingen, Germany." The number 401 is also inscribed on both the box and the razor.
