Forms part of the Claims Conference International Holocaust Documentation Archive at the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum. This archive consists of documentation whose reproduction and/or acquisition was made possible with funding from the Conference on Jewish Material Claims Against Germany.
Source of acquisition is the Archiwum Państwowe w Kielcach, Poland, Sygn.1159. The United States Holocaust Memorial Museum Archives received the digitized collection via the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum International Archival Programs Division in Jan. 2016. This is a cooperative project based on the agreement between USHMM and Yad Vashem, Israel.
Scope and Content
Court files of civil and criminal cases from 1939-1944 as well as indexes to the cases. Many cases refer to evictions and cases against Jewish inhabitants of Kielce by the Social National Insurance for outstanding payments.
