Written by Mr. Markowski (sp?), Dr. Nabriski, and Mr. Blumenthal, April 1945, Landsberg am Lech DP Camp, Germany. The document was given to Herbert Gould by Mr. Markwoski. Herbert Gould donated the material to the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum in 1997.
