Forms part of the Claims Conference International Holocaust Documentation Archive at the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum. This archive consists of documentation whose reproduction and/or acquisition was made possible with funding from the Conference on Jewish Material Claims Against Germany.
The United States Holocaust Memorial Museum Archives received the collection from the Centre d'Etudes et de Documentation Guerre et Sociétés (CEGES) file AA 585 via the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum International Archives Programs Division in May 2005.
Scope and Content
Contains documents concerning foreign currency and property. Approximately 30% regard Jewish property and the opening of Jewish deposits in Antwerp, Bruxelles, and Liege. Also contains police investigations into violations of foreign currency regulations, bank account fraud, etc.
