Acquisition

The photograph was was taken in Middelkerke, Belgium in January 1939. The room card was given to the donor in Brussels, Belgium in January 1939. Anna Meyer donated these items to the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum on October 17, 1999.

Scope and Content

The collection consists of one photograph of a group protrait of German Jewish children who left Germany on a Kindertransport to Belgium, and one room card from "Hotel Albert" given to the Anna Meyer after her arrival in Belgium on "Kindertransport."
