Biographical History
Bogdan Filov was a Bulgarian politician and a professor of archaeology at the university in Sofia, Bulgaria. He formed an administration in Feb. 1940 and signed the Tripartite Pact with Germany in Mar. 1941. He resigned by the time of King Boris' death in 1943 and was executed in Feb. 1945.

Forms part of the Claims Conference International Holocaust Documentation Archive at the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum. This archive consists of documentation whose reproduction and/or acquisition was made possible with funding from the Conference on Jewish Material Claims Against Germany.
