Scope and Content

Polychrome poster with a caricatured image of Roosevelt, dressed as an American GI, and Churchill, holding a document, standing on the shore of a body of water; they are both smiling at Hitler who is on the opposite shore, labeled "France," holding another document; Churchill's document is a promise to open a second front; Hitler's document is an order to move troops from the Western Front to the Eastern Front.
