Physical Characteristics and Technical Requirements

Watercolor on thick paper depicting a panoramic view of an internment camp with a street and barbed wire fence extending diagonally down the left side. On the right is a group of people gathered in a multicolored plaza in front of 2 red brick barracks with gray gabled roofs. Behind them is a large, gray, 5 story block building with rows of windows and doors and a green field on right. On the opposite side of the street is a multicolored field. A line of tall trees screens a town of overlapping white buildings with red roofs in the background under a partially colored blue sky. The artist’s mark, location, and date are at the bottom. There are brown stains across the top and 2 black ink stamps on back.
