The Kobe Municipal Office issued an English-language tourist guide to Kobe and its environs. The guide included this map used by Jewish refugees in Kobe.

Physical Characteristics and Technical Requirements
Rectangular multicolored paper map with multiple folds. When closed, the front cover has an image of a woman in traditional Japanese dress walking in a garden with buildings in the background. The back cover has an advertisement for Kyoto Hotel. When open, one side has a map of Kyoto and its vicinity and other side has advertisements for shops and factories in Kyoto.
