Scope and Content
PM newspaper dated February 22, 1945 with an illustration by Arthur Szyk. Cartoon on page 2 shows a large figure holding the sign "East Prussia" standing over a group of smaller figures with the title "And I am NOT a member of the United Nations War Crimes Commision!"
