Scope and Content
PM newspaper dated August 20, 1944 with an illustration by Arthur Szyk. Cartoon on page 3 shows a group of Nazis marching to the right holding a skull and cross-bones flag with a large image of Bolivar in upper left corner, the title is "Libertad."
