Scope and Content
PM newspaper dated September 24, 1943 with illustration by Arthur Szyk. Cartoon on page 15 shows Hitler and a Japanese figure clinging to a small rock that has rats, skulls and loot littered on the ground. The title is "The Rising Tide" and caption Third War Loan.
