Scope and Content
PM newspaper dated April 23, 1941 with illustration by Arthur Szyk. Cartoon on page 20 shows two figures seated on the floor, one dressed in Nazi uniform, the other in Middle Eastern costume, with the caption "Of course I believe in Axis victory- but I want to be paid in pounds"."
