Wooden door from the Zentrum fuer Soziale Psychiatrie Rheinblick (Eichberg Psychiatric Clinic) in Eltville, Germany, has metal fittings and a rectangular hole that was possibly used to observe patients held in a solitary confinement cell. The door was used from the nineteenth century onward.
