Acquisition

The materials are from the following archival collections at the Departmental Archives of Côtes d'Armor (Archives départementales des Côtes d'Armor), San Brieuc: Cabinet du Préfet, Sous-Préfecture de Dinan, and Comité Départemental de Libération. The United States Holocaust Memorial Museum Archives received the collection from the Archives Départementales des Côtes d’Armor via the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum International Archives Programs Division in August 2005.

Scope and Content

Contains information pertaining to the persecution of Jews, Freemasons, Communists, and French Resistance fighters in the area in and around the Côtes d'Armor. Also contains information on post war memorials.
