Postage stamp issued by the Fascist government of Italy to honor the alliance between Germany and Italy. It features Hitler in a military cap and Mussolini in a helmet, facing each other in profile, with a German and an Italian soldier in the background.

Physical Characteristics and Technical Requirements
Rectangular paper stamp with perforated edges. Front has graphic design in red ink. The central image features realistic portraits of Adolf Hitler and Benito Mussolini, facing each other. Hitler is in right profile and wears a military hat with a Nazi emblem; Mussolini is in left profile and wears a helmet with a chin strap. In the background space between their 2 profiles are 2 soldiers, facing forward and holding rifles; the one behind Hitler wears a German uniform, the one behind Mussolini, an Italian uniform. Italian text is at center bottom; the denomination 75 is in the lower left and right corners. Reverse is covered with aged yellowed adhesive. Stamp is not canceled.
