Physical Characteristics and Technical Requirements

Circular, dark-gray, cast metal pin. The front center has a raised design of a man in left quarter profile, wearing a tricorn hat. There are raised numbers in upper left. Back has spring pin clasp attached by a small metal plate and metal rivets.
