Faye Rosenbluth Walker (Faiga Rosenbluth) donated this collection to the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum Archives. As the Museum was unable to locate the donor, the collection was accessioned as abandoned property on Mar. 11, 2005.
Scope and Content
The photograph depicts Faiga Rosenbluth and a group of unidentified girlfriends from a Zionist youth group in Kanczuga, Poland in 1936. Of the eleven girls photographed, only Faiga Rosenbluth survived the Holocaust.
