The ribbon was donated to the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum in 2002 by Miriam Schwarz, the wife of Oscar Schwartz.

Physical Characteristics and Technical Requirements

Embroidered ribbon with Nazi insignia of eagle and swastika in gold thread on black cloth. The back of the ribbon has four attached paper labels (one for each insignia) with text and numbers "Hersteller: A4 387, Reichszeugmeisterei der NSDAP" and along the bottom "No. 321721," "321722," "321723," and "321724."
